Designed for young athletes and athletic hopefuls to prepare them for high level competition. Based on the science of periodization, our program teaches muscle adaptation in a calculated program that allows adequate recovery for maximum effect. During the summer camp, our athletes are rated in their sport of choice. Some tests include the 40 yard dash, pro agility test, and the vertical jump. Athletes are rated and put into appropriate groups based on age and ability. Throughout the six week camp athletes work to improve in these areas and then are retested on the last day. Athletes are grouped by age, gender and athleticism.
